All payments must be made in advance only by drafts or cheques payable at Muzaffarnagar (U.P.) drawn in the name of AROGYADHAM only, marked “A/c payee only” to Arogyadham, Payment acknowledged by Arogyadham’s receipts only shall be binding upon us.
